DENISE !!!!’what a abrupt attitude you should not be on the front desk. what a shame rude staff I have ever encountered in my life ! very very rude and I’m not finished yet I will make a formal complaint the way she so rude She was putting her hands on my face make me feel belittle! Such a rude person I regret I should not book in to this dentist and think twice before book here she feel so much condescending! Bad experience over all
Absolutely terrified of the dentist, however the man who I see is amazing & the girl always makes you relaxed equally amazing it's definitely been easier to actually attend the appointment I normally just put off.
I have just had 3 new crowns fitted by huw and never felt a thing he was very patient and explained everything he was doing all the staff are lovely and its a good practice never had a problem with getting appointments i would highly recommend this practice
I have been a patient here for a good few years now and this is an excellent practice, I would highly recommend it. All the staff are really nice from dental nurses to the dentists. Never had a problem getting an appointment and they are really good at working round your work schedule to fit you in.
