They kept canceling the appointment without reason, and this happened three times. It was very unfriendly and disappointing.

I recently visited Dr Sian for multiple new fillings, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. After not having a pleasant experience with a previous practice, I was initially apprehensive, but Sians friendly demeanour and professionalism put me at ease straight away. She took the time to explain each step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and provided excellent aftercare advice. As someone who had a lot of bad experiences at Dentists I will admit I was petrified of going. The receptionists were friendly and helpful which helped calm my nerves. Had 2 fillings and a crown over several weeks with Ellen Clayden. She was AMAZING! Explained every step and didn't use pointless injections when not needed. Won't say I love the dentist now but will be more likely to attend my next appointment. Thanks.
