I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the dental clinic for their high level of professionalism and warm attitude towards children. The clinic is truly wonderful — a welcoming atmosphere, caring staff, and very friendly doctors. My children always stay calm during their treatment, without fear or tears, which is very important to me as a mother. Took my terrified 12 year old for a check up and the staff were amazing. Shelly was very quick and attentive making sure we didn’t have to wait as she could see she was anxious. The dental nurse charli came to meet us and took us through, she had a really lovely manor about her, talking to us and telling us the dentist is going to have a Quick Look in her mouth and won’t do anything she doesn’t want him to do. I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were efficient and explained everything clearly. Belle Vale dental centre is very good, it has really kind staff and everyone is overall really friendly. I would definitely recommend going there, and also the dentist Josh is great!! The receptionist Shelly will definitely NOT fail to put a smile on your face or make you laugh. I myself would even just go there for a good cheer up from Shelly, she is amazing!! So, in my opinion definitely do go to Belle Vale dental centre! Amazing staff, and also amazing quality!
