Wonderful staff, they're always really kind and gentle with both myself and my children. Been going here for years and I couldn't be happier.

Not quite sure how this place is rated 5 stars when their patient care is horrendous. Being pregnant, dental is very important. I rang this place due to the reviews and my experience was awful. When informing the receptionist I was pregnant she lightly sighed and after a few moments said I would get free dental. I ignored this and went to my appointment 3 weeks later to then be embarrassed in the waiting room that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier which it wasn't. Reading the below review has me baffled...🙈 I have only experienced the highest level of customer service from both receptionists and dentists at the Smile Shop Lisburn. They have stayed open throughout Covid, working hard to keep themselves and their patients safe, while other dentists have shut up shop. As a pregnant woman myself I have felt the service provided to me has been exceptional and hope to register my newborn with the Smile Shop.
