Affinity Dental Care

We have been patients of Affinity and Rachel for many years. She is a fantastic dentist and Elaine a great dental nurse. My mum is also a patient and has severe arthritis/dementia. Getting mum anywhere is challenging and I was so worried about taking her for her annual dental review! The carpark is at a slope but Rachel had advised where to park and I was able to get the wheelchair round the side and in the back which is accessible. They have good dental facilities. staffs are friendly. My family have been registered with them for years and even if we have moved to Belfast, we never changed our Dental Care. Easy to book for an appointment and they would always remind us via email that we are already due for dental care.

I have always had an excellent experience in the many years I have been with Affinity. From initial engagement when booking an appointment to to my dental treatment the contact is friendly, professional, highly skilled and, I feel, always has my best interests at heart. Diagnosis and further action is clearly explained. Recently I had appointment in the morning and by the afternoon a consultation was arranged and a date established at my convenience further confirming my confidence in the Practice.

Everytime I go to affinity dental, there is a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. From everyone in reception, to Rachel and her assistant (I am sorry, I don’t know your name!), are brilliant and do a great job. Unfortunately, I had two teeth extracted recently. Rachel’s knowledge and skill is second to none, and I didn’t even feel the teeth coming out. I am not a great patient, but you can take breaks if you need to, and I know I’m in safe hands.
