The dentists are fantasric although Joanne, one of the receptionist, along with Catriona an office helper stroke/dental nurse (as she described herself to me) have both been disgustingly unprofessional. I heard the receiptionist complain whilst thinking she had me on hold about a client. She also never returned my call on 4 occasions over as many days in relation to having my daughters retainer posted as their closing time is limited to early afternoon and she needs it! She eventually told me it would cost me £25 to post it. Catriona the dental nurse was ridiculously rude and unhelpful.…
I having been receiving treatment for orthodontics for sometime now at this clinic and the service I have received has been outstanding. I can honestly say that Sinead and all her team have gone above and beyond to ensure my treatment here has been as smooth as possible. The customer service has been excellent throughout and at every appointment Sinead and all her staff are pleasant, welcoming and Sinead’s one to one patient care is second to none. I would recommend Embrace to anyone who wants excellent, professional service from experienced orthodontists. Many thanks to you all at Embrace.
Amazing orthodontic surgery. Sinead and her sister Grainne are first class orthodontists. Always friendly and helpful. Lovely team of assistant staff too.
