Receptionist abit grumpy but amazing nhs staff ..no messing about and scan booked ..reassured me and felt in safe hands which isn't always the case .

I had minor surgery here today and can’t fault them at all. I was a bit of a difficult/anxious patient but everyone was extremely patient and reassuring. The surgery was thorough and virtually painless which I was impressed with (I have a low pain threshold and am normally difficult to numb), and the other staff present kept me comfortable and distracted knowing how scared I initially was. Would absolutely recommend choosing them if you’re referred for a procedure.

Whilst the staff I spoke to were lovely, parking was another matter.I have a blue badge and found I could have parked fairly easily, Except for the fact that the was two NHS service vehicles there taking up 2 blue badges spaces, neither of the workman on site had disabilities or badges for parking in the spots....bang out of order I feel. I was not the only person disruntled by this

I had a small operation yesterday for Trigger finger at the centre. The nurses and surgeon were excellent. Explained everything, no fuss or hassle, kind and professional. I was in, seen , operated on and out back in waiting area in 40 mins. NHS at its excellent best. Highly recommend them if you ever need their service.
