The practice visit was excellent as usual. Prima and the team saw me as scheduled. After checking my implants it was decided I needed another appointment and I was amazed to get one for later that day. It was not until 5 years ago when I decided to have implants with a removable denture that I really appreciated the precise and skill of Prima. Looking at the scan of my gums she explained where the implants would be situated, how far apart and the depth of each implant. Very pleased with the results.
A very professional Dental Practice. All Staff, from the Receptionists to the Dentists, provide an excellent service throughout. I recently had extensive 'Bridge' work done and I can honestly say it was carried out meticulously, from the initial Consultation to the actual fitting. I was continously informed of the procedures and costs involved and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. My Dentist, Prima, was outstanding, caring, informative and professional. My thanks to all the Staff. I am overjoyed with the outcome.
As a nervous patient, I find this practice very welcoming and I feel like I’m in good hands. Everyone is lovely, from the girls at reception to the dentists. They make you feel very at ease and relaxed. They explain everything to you so you feel reassured too. Great practice! Thank you.
I been at this practice for many years and was looked after perfectly 👌 The dentist I see is the same and she wonderful 😍 The only one thing wrong was when I sat for a hour waiting. To find out reception hadn't booked me in. Hey we are only human and .mistakes are made. Still great practice 👌
