Good dentist but they never answer the phone called over 17 times rings for about 2-3 mins picks up, no-one there and then 30s later hangs up

Completely wasted my time at this clinic. Came in needing a root canal, expressed that to the dentist and was scheduled to come in. One cancelled appointment later, I come in (after 40 minutes of waiting in the lobby to be seen) only to be told that after all they’re not in fact equipped to do my treatment at the clinic. Could have been told that information weeks ago and saved my time and looked for another dentist, but now my problem has only progressed and it’s gotten worse. Not the friendliest dentist and assistant either. Said dentist also promised to send me recommendations to other …

Phoned up tonight as I have missed appointment as I was in hospital will not see me what a joke hope u lose your NHS contract

This is the best dental treatment I’ve had. I’m usually very nervous but in the hands of Neethu and Chaima I need not of worried. I had a deep clean and it was completely painless which normally it’s not and no bleeding which normally it does. The receptionist is so friendly and kind. Seriously I really do hope they keep these members of staff because they are simply the best.
