Brant Road Dental Practice

No concerns about the actual dental work, but the whole practice could do with a bit of TLC! Dirty dusty waiting room does not inspire confidence. When you need to contact them, best to do it in person if you can. They ignore the ringing phone. Voice mail messages are either not listened to or not replied to. A decent online booking system would go a long way to improving things, they only have a very basic system. Frustrating!

Popped in to the practice to change an appointment date to be greeted by a very friendly, efficient receptionist, who changed my appointment with no fuss and a smile. What a delight compared to the previous one.

Seems they are impossible to contact. Don't answer the phone, ask you to leave a message for a call back, but they don't respond, no email address to contact. Yet another example of a broken NHS. If I could review with zero stars I would. Dreadful you need to up your game.!!!!!

Got an appointment within 2 days and seen promptly. The practice is significantly better than it was a few years ago.
