Visited for an extraction after being referred by my own dentist as it was a difficult molar. I was very nervous about the whole process. Dr. Wasil and his dental nurse Izzy were kind, patient and comforting towards me. Dr Wasil remained professional but with a personal touch throughout. The whole experience was made much easier by their treatment of me. I suffered only pressure but no pain. Many thanks to you all at the surgery.
I had to have my molar out a few weeks ago and had an excellent service from Drs Wasil and Syed, and nurse Amy. Everything was explained to me and I felt really calm. I felt fully confident that they had got all the roots out and it’s now fully healed - no problems at all! Thank you for looking after me.
My mother, Margaret Alleway attended for a tooth extraction on the 29th January. From the polite and cheery greeting at Reception, to the pain free and reassuring extraction performed by Dr Syed and his nurse Jade, the professional service and caring nature of all the staff cannot be faulted. Highly recommend!! Thank you for looking after my mum.
I had to have a wisdom tooth out on the 15.01.26, I had planned for sedation but Assim didn’t think I needed it. I have to say he was right, I didn’t even feel the injection to numb my gum. He was really, gentle, nice and encouraging. Jade, the dental nurse was lovely too, making me feel relaxed all the time. I can’t speak highly enough of this dental practice. Thank you.
