The Railway Road Dental Surgery

Absolutely appalling staff, took us off the their books because I couldn’t make my appointment due to a personal issue, rude receptionist slammed the phone down on me.. they need training on social skills and customer service worst dentist in Leigh!

Cut me off during covid due to cancelled appointments, they cancelled 3 of the 4 appointments they refer to. the crown they fitted has not lasted and they refuse to even look at it. Shoddy way to treat people.

I have received oral health care from Mr Dobranski since around1981 and can strongly recommend this surgery . The staff are caring, pleasant and supportive. I have always been a nervous patient but have always been made really comfortable before and during any treatment. I would not wish to go anywhere else now.

Wouldn’t even give one star if it was an option, took my 5 year old of the list for missing 1 appointment due to an emergency. Extremely RUDE receptionist not very professional what so ever.
