Ive had such a great experience at Green Lane. Jack and Ellie, make a fab team. Jack is thorough, gentle, and explains everything in a way that immediately puts you at ease, and Ellie is just as fantastic: calm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the appointment. The ladies behind the desk deserve a mention too. They’re always welcoming, organized, and on top of everything. From scheduling to check-in, they make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hygiene at this dentist is amazing but consultation and treatment isn’t what I would class as the same standard for fees paid. Made a decision to find a better service for the money paid out each month through a monthly plan provided. Also very disappointed with the receptionist attitude to being late for my appointment, communication from dentist to dentist is poor and seeing a different dentist for treatment requires another consultation fee which I personally think is wrong to be charged for.
I would definitely recommend James at greenlane dentist. He is down to earth but also very professional. He is thorough with his treatments and explains everything well, he is an excellent dentist . The reception staff are very helpful. I am very pleased with the progress on my Invisalign journey.
Absolutely brilliant from the fist call to the first visit. Very helpful and all work needed to be carried was explained felt very at ease and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and I will be returning for some work to be done.
