Highly recommend Wigston Dental! The service is excellent, especially from Idil and Stevie. Idil has such a polite and welcoming manner on the phone, and as an anxious patient who often calls with questions, I really appreciate how patient and accommodating they are with me. Very impressed with how quickly I could get an emergency appt for my Dad who doesn’t live in this area. Dr Philip has been really great! He explained all the options well and gives good advice/recommendations. He explained the x ray findings and used video illustrations to help us understand what’s being said. I can’t thank him enough for being patient with my Dad and engaging with us throughout.
Cannot speak highly enough of this dentist! Super upbeat and enjoyable to be around, always willing to go out their way and offer that bit extra to make you comfortable. Simple as helping me move appointments when my schedule has changed to giving me a little bit of numbing cream before an injection to ease anxiety goes along way. Super experienced and transparent, showing on screen every decision they make and why they’re doing it - non of the silly upselling or questionable decisions. Albeit there is a cost with me going private, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you WDC! Jake S
