The experience here has been good. It feels quite well run without much waiting around. It also helps that my dentist, Arun is quite good, and my hygienist is equally competent. I like the fact that they take the time to explain what is happening and if I need to modify my cleaning routine. I enrolled my little toddler in this dental practice and there is excitement (as opposed to dread) when I say that we are going to the dentist.
My experience today was lovely. I was made to feel at ease straight away Nakshi and her.assistant (whose name I didn’t get) were kind and professional. Nakshi even pointed out to me my bloodshot eye which I was aware of, but it was so good of Nakshi to notice this. I look forward to my next visit.
Arun is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable. He works in a very gentle way and explains all the procedures as he goes along. He invites you to examine the X-rays so you are informed and included in the process.
Appointment on time. Hygienist is very caring in the way she cleans teeth. (I have had bad experiences in the past which made the procedure unpleasant) Everything explained and advice offered. Will definitely go again in six months
