Been registered here for at least 30 out of 46 years. I got a letter from them telling me that after updating my address to quite literally around the corner from my parents house that they are kicking me out. But not to worry, I have 30 days to find somewhere else! At the same time, on the NHS website they are accepting new patients.

Firstly it takes forever to get through to a receptionist on a good day take 40 minutes to be told the appointments have gone and try tomorrow at 8am. Then when you ring the next day you get through again after waiting like 40 minutes you get a phone consultation not with a doctor but with a rude nurse who can’t make proper decisions to refer you to hospital she can only give medication which she doesn’t properly advise what she is prescribing till you ask her. . I’m now looking for another gp surgery

All the receptionist are friendly and do a great job they have always helped me out thank you so much and not forgetting the drs x

I visited the surgery yesterday as there were some problems with my prescription. The receptionist was so unfriendly and rude in her approach as I was bothered her while she was looking on the computer screen.Absolutely appalling behaviour
