I travel a fair distance for a reason — this dental practice is without doubt the best. From reception through to the dentists and hygienist, you’re always met with a warm welcome, friendly smiles and consistently high-quality care at an affordable cost. It’s clear that patient dental health is the priority here, not sales. To note — I am also a very nervous patient and quite fearful of dentists, so the fact that I return regularly truly speaks volumes. I highly recommend this practice — you’ll be in excellent hands. Watermead is a lovely dental practice. The reception and receptionists are always bright and helpful.My regular dentist is Rushina, who is always calm, friendly and supportive. I never, ever feel pressurised to have treatment, and I always feel that she is always acting in my best interests. I highly recommend this practice, especially Rushina.

To say I was nervous about my appointment was an understatement - nothing to do with this surgery at all, I'd had a bad experience at a previous place but it's made me very anxious about dentists. However, I went in for a filling today with Hannah and both her and Liv couldn't have been more reassuring or calming. Hannah talked me through everything she was going to do, if she used a different tool or drill, she explained what I would expect to hear or feel which was very comforting and allowed me to prepare for each bit. Had no issues with this dentist until now my daughter missed an appointment in December due to illness. I have called to rebook today and have been told she cannot rebook as she has missed two appointments. I asked when she missed the second appointment and they said 2023 I think this is disgusting. My daughter has been coming to this dentist since she had been two years old.
