Syston Dental Care

After being with this practice for many years, they have left me no choice but to leave. They have rescheduled mine and my children's appointments time after time for months now and we are so overdue our check up. My son had an accident and broke his front teeth last summer. The max fax team in a&e advised that we saw our dentist for an urgent appointment but Syston weren't able to see him or offer an appointment for many weeks. I attended my dental appointment yesterday and was really impressed with my treatment, the dentist Miss Majid was helpful and gentle throughout the treatment, explaining carefully and was very thorough. She also advised me on dental floss, and various other things. The receptionist was extremely polite and friendly. Thank you all.

AWFUL!! I had an appointment yesterday afternoon the dentist called Mansa was totally unprofessional and confrontational. She didn't like to be asked questions about my teeth and kept referring to my previous visit when I was seen by someone else who was covering for her. She accused me of shouting, which was untrue. She then told me to go find another dentist. There was no reason for the way she spoke to me. I have been with the practice for some years now & have found the new dentist Mrs M Abdoli to be truthful, clear with her advice & friendly but professional. I have just lost a filling in one of my front teeth which left me with an awful looking gap and was worried how it would look afterwards but I am overjoyed to say that you can't even tell she has filled it, I am over the moon.
