I had my first visit at this dentist and absolutely loved the environment. The team gave me such a warm and friendly welcome. The dentist herself was wonderful—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. The nurse was also very nice and attentive. Overall, I’d give this dentist a full 5-star rating for being clean, professional, and incredibly supportive.

Excellent service from start to finish. Saad looked after my daughter during her treatment and was fantastic throughout. The service was very smooth and professional, and he had an excellent manner that really helped put her at ease, especially as she was nervous beforehand. The tooth extraction was handled calmly and efficiently, showing real skill and care. The overall customer service was excellent, and we felt well looked after at every stage. I booked an appointment with Smile Zone Dental as they were accepting NHS patients. During my appointment, I clearly explained to the dentist that I had been experiencing severe tooth pain that was radiating through my jaw and even affecting my sleep. Despite stressing how uncomfortable and persistent the pain was, my concerns were completely disregarded. Ive been coming to Smile zone for a few years and they have always provided an excellent service. Dr Saad is amazing.. he extracted one of my molars and I did not experience ANY pain. Their patient care is of the highest standards.
