I had an appointment scheduled for 4:50 PM. I arrived at the clinic 30 mins earlier with my husband. However, my husband’s appointment was delayed, and he was not taken in at his scheduled time. As a result, I remained in the car with my children waiting for him to finish, so that I could then attend my own appointment. When it was time for my appointment, I was informed by a member of staff that the clinic had closed and that my appointment was cancelled and I had to book another appointment. This practice doesn't like nhs patients if you are getting something for " free" they don't care and keep moving the goal posts. I need a partial metal& acrylic denture due to being an adult with a very small child size pallet. This has never been a problem in the past at my old practice but here nothing but problems as Dr Lad told me he had never had to make one before and no experience of what one looks like.
