I had an emergency appointment through 111 and it was very quick and efficient. The dentists I had were amazing (one fully qualified and one student) they were professional and they were reassuring. However the receptionist on the other hand was awful, very distasteful and rude. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all (looked as if she needed a buddy telling her how to act) She had me repeating myself millions of times looking all confused and laughing in my face after I had my treatment. I've been calling for a few days at random times no one ever picks up I've been on hold 20 minutes at a time then get cut off. I've given up and gone to to the dentist on fosse road near lidl they picked up within minutes. Read the Facebook reviews they all say the same no one picks up or answers emails who ever is in charge needs to sort this out before you have no customers left

Dentist are kind and patient. Non judgmental about my terrible teeth! I’ve had lots of treatment. All work carried out with a gentle hand and no complications. I would recommend.
