I had an emergency dental appointment today with Aishvary Arha, after experiencing days of discomfort with a gum infection. This was my first time at this dentist and I honestly can’t fault a thing. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Aishvary Arha was also very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained everything in detail and made me understand what had happened in order for my gum to become infected. After receiving treatment at the dentist and a prescription of antibiotics, I am feeling a lot better, and I’m extremely grateful for their help and support.
I have a real phobia of dentiss. This week I had an emergency here in Leicester (I live in London). Conacted JDRM, lovely receptionist fitted me in this morning. Saw the dentist who was amazing, kind, calm, communicative and supportive. Her assistent was also very kind and professional. I am so grateful and pleased. THANK YOU🙏💯
What a joke. Went in for wisdom tooth pain. Receptionist was very amateurish. Her and another girl in Reception were just giggling loud for ages while I waited for the dentist. Not professional at all. Felt like I was in a playground. When I went to see the dentist I didn't feel confident. He had a very unprofessional attitude, wasn't at all interested and spoke very casually as though he didn't really care. Didn't explain anything with care. Brilliant dental care. Reception was super friendly and helped with booking an appointment for chipped tooth asap. Dentist Mr Roney was professional, put my mind at ease explaining different types of fillings and got it sorted right away. If you need a new dentist definitely go JDRM
