Granville Dental Practice

I have been a patient of this practice for more than 40 years. I feel the service level during the last 12 months has gone down. There is no transparency, explanation or breakdown of when some treatment fees have been increased or a deposit payment has been taken or cancellation charges. It would be helpful to have this on a board at reception. This is available on the website but when you are presented with a bill at reception you don't have time to go and check on the website.

Having had some terrible experiences with other dentists I reluctantly booked at this practice as I desperately needed antibiotics. Everyone was so polite and professional, everything was clearly explained. For once I was not being pushed to have a treatment I didn’t need! I will definitely be using this dentist again and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for the much needed support from reception to dentist.kindness always wins and shines through!

Fantastic Dental Practice - everything is just so easy from making appointments through to procedures and aftercare! Zoe Sheffield the Hygienist is absolutely fantastic!

I've had to amend my review after having preventative dental work done and what should have been simple and completed in one appointment ended up leaving me unable to close my mouth, filling material sticking into my gums causing them to swell and bleed and then another FOUR appointments to correct it. The dentist was lovely and personable but as someone who had never been anxious to suddenly not be able to sleep before a dental appointment due to fear of what else may go wrong at the next visit isn't very good.
