Dilan is always brilliant whenever me & my children see him for checkups. My 2 year old is reluctant to sit in the chair & this was still the case at our most recent visit, but Dilan put no pressure on & instead encouraged him with the promise of a sticker, simply asking him to open his mouth so he could count his teeth from afar. My 6 year old has been seeing Dilan for a couple of years & is now fully confident every time she visits, this is credit to his warm and friendly nature. Receptionists are always smiley & very helpful. A really great practice to have in the village!
So delighted with the service provided by the whole team at Fleckney Dental Practice. Everyone is professional and thorough, in particular both Emily and Elley on reception always deliver a very high standard of organisation, are polite and engaging with patients and maintain an impressive level of attention to detail. They are a real credit to the practice.
I was very happy with my treatment at Fleckney Dental clinic. I needed a cap on a tooth but was concerned that a spinal problem might keep me from attending a pre booked appointment so they managed to fit me in after my check up. Everything went smoothly. All of the staff are very friendly.
After not seeing a dentist for a long time I booked in to see Shiv, he put myself at ease talked through the process and was very helpful. Left feeling a lot more confident and with a plan moving forward. Surgery was clean and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Thankyou so much
