Rushey Mead manor is a very nice care home thats full of really caring and helpful staff. All the staff do all they can to make sure the residents are happy and well looked after. The residents are not only well looked after but also fully entertained as well. I highly recommend Rushey Mead manor

My sister lives in this home. I sent her a battery operated shaver from USA. One of the employees stole it. Prior to this, they stole her shawl and a brand new hair brush and replaced the hair brush with an old nasty one. Just because these are old people, doesn’t mean they can’t see. They deserve respect and dignity. Management needs to look into this matter immediately and find out who is doing it. If they are stealing from one person, they might be stealing from others. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I’m writing this review in regards to the actions observed by myself in regards to your employee Vaishali. I went to visit my aunt and was appalled by the scene we had witnessed. Our visit lasted for over an hour and we witnessed her sensor mat was deactivated. My aunt is a high priority patient who is blind and to know her mat was deactivated, whilst in our presence disgusts me to know what she suffers in our absence. We noticed she was soiled and her milk had poured over her bed. I promptly rang the alarm and for over an hour no one came to examine the reason for the alarm being activate…
