My dentist is really understanding and showed different options for flossing other than floss string which has been really helpful. I was embraced to admit that the sensory feeling of floss really makes me uncomfortable. But was reassured and shown other options which means I am more likely to take better care of my teeth. It was refreshing to not be lectured by health professionals about how to care for my self but have understanding and compassion. I feel a lot more comfortable doing this it also means I can model to my children easier so thank you :)

Really disappointing experience on my last visit here. Been my go to dentist for the past 5 years. Have had previous trauma from dentistry early on in my life and this was the place that I went to when I had finally felt ready to overcome it. Had good experiences with previous dentists. However had a relapse at a difficult time and missed an annual check up. When I finally got back, I was treated by a new practitioner who lacked any personal skills or empathy. Care & treatment has been excellent throughout. But like all subscription based services the annual cost increases have to be measured against benefits. You need to think about that.

Excellent experience at the clinic for the past 18months I've been visiting them as a private client. Lovely team, very professional and friendly, great environment, super communication, caring Dentist. Can't ask for more.
