Did not expect jokes, singing, and immaculate dental care, but Fabiana delivered all three! Victoria was a delight at check-in, Holly was calm and lovely, and somehow the whole appointment was actually fun! Elite team. 10/10 would trust them with my teeth again (which is lucky as I have another appointment in a month!)😁🦷
Having had a traumatic year, with my dental health, I was so pleased to have a dentist that I could trust. Athanasios was so understanding and explained the situation to me in a professional way, but with sensitivity and a sense of humour. The procedures were painless and I had no problems afterwards. Couldn't ask for more. Reception staff, always friendly and welcoming.
Having decided to bite the bullet and go private, well I should have done it years ago. There is nothing like investing in your own health , my sense of wellbeing is so high. My allocated technician and the hygienist that I see could not make me feel more proud because I know I am doing the best for my oral care.
I really enjoy the dental care I've been receiving from the Bupa team, especially dentist Fabiana. Her professional experience, compassionate listening, caring, and managing a process that's not at all pleasant (dental treatment is a necessary evil, right?) are beyond words.xx
