Lovely dental practice. Reception staff are very nice. You are welcomed with an offer of a hot or cold drink whilst you wait. My dentist was Gareth who was great he explained my treatment plan in great detail and took his time to complete the treatment explaining everything he was doing as it was done. I love that the surgery does not feel to clinical which is great for those that may not be to comfortable with visiting the dentist. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend Pont Steffan dental practice.
I truly cannot thank Pont Steffan dental practice enough. My daughter had extreme tooth pain and at super short notice they got us in, seen and pain free! Laura on reception was so welcoming and helpful. Even rang us the following day to check how my daughter was doing! Owain (dentist) was so wonderful from start to finish, keeping my daughter calm, reassured and fixed the problem! Thank you so so much!
Staff are friendly, accommodating and very good at reassuring nervous patients. This is from the moment you arrive throughout care and follow up. For those with additional needs, they really take the time to work with children at their own pace and comfort levels. Including spending extra time speaking with carers to best support them. It truly has been a joy to bring our children to a practice where those extras make all the difference to a positive experience.
