During the dental drilling procedure,the dentist damaged my healthy tooth next to it with the drill and left a hole in it .I felt a bit rushed during the appointment and had the impression that the dentist wanted to finish as quickly as possible. This affected my overall comfort during the visit.I would have appreciated a closer color match for the filling.I do not recommend dr Da Costa. First timeI've had such an experience. Really upsetting.
Such fab practice, im with margret who is kind, concerned and just did amazing dental work re building my front tooth. Diolch/ huge thanx . Reception staff fab too😊😊😊
I have been with this practice for 20 years. I have tooth pain so rang them and they told me that because I had not been seen in 2 years they had taken me off the list, and now I have no dentist. Surely they could have either sent me a reminder to come for a check up or else warn me that I was going to be removed. I am 83. I asked if I could be put back on their list and they said no. I am in pain and devastated.
If you want to be berated by your dentist...this is the place If you are looking for rude dismissive service...this is the place. Without doubt the worst treatment and subpar work I have received by a dentist. £100 for ten minutes. £10/Minute ! Cheaper to fly to Turkey
