I’m a nervous patient who has on every occasion presented with concerns beyond the procedures required. Every time, I have received excellent dental treatment, and have experienced exemplary sensitivity and generosity in arrangements made to alleviate my anxiety. Whilst I can only imagine that accommodating these issues has taken extra time and patience I have only ever felt that their concern has been to put me at ease. I’m very grateful. I was also delighted to find that facial aesthetics are available and am very satisfied with the results!

I have been to this wonderful Dental practice and it was a great experience. I was welcomed and attended to by a delightful professional lady, we went through my personal expectations plans and then a scan. I then sat in a plush lounge area, I was called in by a lovely female Dentist and her lovely dental nurse, they were welcoming, informative, gentle and kind. My experience was totally inclusive, full assessment of my mouth gums teeth and tongue. My expectations were more than met.

My first visit and I was hugely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff I came into contact with. I now have a personalised treatment plan which I will start next week. For me, the best thing was I wasn’t made to feel bad about how I had neglected to properly care for my teeth and gums, although I was mortified at how bad things had got. A very good and clear explanation of what needed to be done followed up with a detailed email and price estimate.

I am a very nervous patient but am requiring dental work that is not covered by the NHS Dental in Orkney (who are also extremely good and recommended Daisybank Clinic for me) Scott and his team were so good at making me feel at ease. He listened to my dental needs and on going treatments through the NHS and then examined me and gave me all my options. He answered all my questions and put no pressure on me to choose any decisions/options.
