Templehall Dental Practice

A really excellent dentist surgery. I have been going here for years. I usually book with Michael but have also had other dentists when I’ve needed appointments at shorter notice. Every dentist I have had has been more than exceptional. So kind, patient and very professional. I cannot recommend this dentists surgery enough and feel lucky to be a patient here.

Had an emergency apt this morming arranged through dental advice line as I don't have a regular dentist due to extreme anxiety and fear. Was fitted in at short notice with Cameron and let me tell you, he was an absolute legend. Despite the fact this causes me so much trauma, he saw I was clearly upset and he showed empathy, patience, understanding and clearly explained my options and offered a referral, which I usually take. I have been loyal to this dental practice for all of my life, driving through from my work in Edinburgh to make my appointment however was 9 minutes late due a crash on the bridge. I tried to call to let them know and was on hold for 5 minutes without any answer to let them know I’d be late. As I arrive I explain the situation and she rudely told me that I’d have to pay a charge and I wouldn’t be seen. Despite trying my best to reach out to them and explain it was outwith my control and I was happy to wait. Won’t be back after this
