I have been with Park Road Dentist for quite a few months now , and I can’t speak highly enough about my dentist, Ashraf Ftis. He is very kind, caring , empathetic , polite, professional and a great listener . He works in an exemplary fashion and I feel very confident having him as my dentist. Lydia, the practice manager is absolutely amazing and Lydia and the reception staff are always so polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Friendly, professional staff offering a stress-free service - really important, when having to go to the dentist. I was very satisfied with the approach taken by dentist, who took care to explain throughout the steps that would be taken, all in a reassuring manner.
Emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Dentist was brilliant. Tooth fougjt to stay in my mouth but the dentist won in the end. Very relieved and thankful.
