I always feel quite relaxed when Gavin completes my examination, had a chat before he started and made recommendations for my next appointment Also Maria and Tony were very complimentary during my hygiene scale & polish, chatted all through through the procedure which kept me at ease.

Not happy with this dentist at all. I have more pain than I started off with and the staff were rude. I wish I had read all the other reviews before wasting nearly a grand on bad care. Definitely not going back and will be thoroughly checking any new dental practices out before having any more treatment from now on. Also theres no car park and no where close to park.
Dear Westmount Dental Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at your practice on 21st July. I had an appointment booked for 1pm under what I understood to be my correct name. However, upon arrival — despite being only 9 minutes late due to the lack of parking at your premises and having to walk — I was informed that my appointment could not be honoured. There are yellow lines around all blocks of the building and it was my first time at the practice. I have a business myself and understand that when someone no shows for an appointmen…
