Dencall - Palmers Community Hospital

We went for out of hours emergency dental apointment as booked by NHS 111. The Dentist and the Dental Nurse are both professionals, keen to help, informative and friendly. Helps patients feel safe and gave reassurrance.

I got told I had a brain tumor by the doctor, I was fine until i left the room.. thankfully a lovely nurse took me to the side room and brought me water. She stayed with me until I calmed down. I didn't get you're name but thank you , Also thank you to the doctor who was very sweet with me and gentle in breaking such news. I'm 2 years in remission ❤️

Went to the hospital for emergency help with nerve damage to my tooth. They removed nerve and cleaned canals absolutely first class staff and treatment can’t speak highly enough about them. We need more denststs like those 5*+

Was seen today at palmers dentist 23/9/23 with pain in my tooth, the 2 women who removed my tooth were AMAZING! I explained I had anxiety, & they both made sure I was okay, asking me if I’m okay, & to let them know if I need a break. AMAZING PEOPLE ❤️ made me feel safe & at ease. Took my tooth out in minutes they deserve so much credit.
