My son has been visiting for several months now. He is autistic and this was a massive thing for him. The patience, empathy and exceptional support provided to us all has just been first class from start to finish. Jess and Vanessa today and in prior sessions have been brilliant. What a beautiful airy, modern and stylish place. But the most important thing for me was the professionalism and warmth of all the staff I came in contact with. Particularly Lucy. She welcomed me like a friend and explained the treatment options to me thoroughly and honestly which helped enormously in making my decision. What an asset to the team! I've not had any treatment yet but I can tell that this service is run on positive leadership from the top down and I feel very confident joining as a patient. Well done Mr Davies
