I just wanted to say a huge massive thankyou to the staff at Staffa Lodge Smile Clinic. First of all i was greeted over the phone by Kelly. Kelly was absolutely lovely to talk to, she listened to me and was very empathetic. Today i went to the dentist after 8 years of being scared to go, Saana the dentist was absolutely amazing, she understood my worries and also showed empathy. Saana explained everything and exactly what I needed and advised on any costs. I've had a long standing irrational fear of dentist since I was a child...had bad experiences that has kept me from going from treatment. At 48 years old this hasn't changed until I went to this place...I needed extensive work but I have to say that these guys made me feel comfortable and at ease...had 7 fillings and hygiene clean in one sitting...can honestly say that I don't fear the dentist now.

Been using Smile Clinic and the Dentist Mark Tearle before them, for some years, the service was ok until very recently and then it became brilliant thanks to Dr Abbas, who saved my teeth rather than pull them out as seems to be the norm...excellent service Dr Abbas

A shyster dental practice with terrible patient care and Draconian rules. They book appointments you havet requested and try to charge you for requesting cancellations. Run purely for maximum profit. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff turnover of their dentists tells you everything you need to know about these greedy, unethical con artists.
