I’m a very nervous patient and just moved to the area, so was dreading my first visit here. However Mr Jacob McKenzie was very caring, patient in explaining everything he was doing and soon put me at ease. The reception staff are also very welcoming.
Highly recommend Parkview, they are so helpful, kind and caring. Will always do their absolute best to help you. Special mention to Debbie and Louise who are the ‘ face’ of the practise, and are both fantastic. All the team are professional and brilliant.
Yesterday I had an appointment at the Parkview Dental Centre to have a tooth removed, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control my usual Dentist was held up in traffic. The Parkview receptionists organised another Dentist Jacob to see me. He explained the whole process and removed my tooth efficiently and absolutely painlessly. I had a dull ache after the anesthetic wore off about 2 hours later but not bad enough to warrant taking any painkillers.
