Orchid Dental

I have been registered at this practice for over 10years and the worst part is seeing the receptionist she gets ruder each visit she talks to you like a child and is very abrupt. I observed how she uses different tones and attitudes to different patients. Apoligised for being a few minutes late she snapped at me yet i waited 10 mins while the next patient came out anyway. Rude and condescending. Not a friendly professional attitude at all. No eye contact. A very uncomfortable wait in the waiting room. Just had treatments here, I am a very nervous patient, she was brilliant put me at ease can’t fault them at all.

Friendly dentists and reception staff. Usually able to get an appointment.

A very good dental practice. My wife and I have going to them for many years and we've never had any issues. They are always on time and have fit me in quickly for a couple of emergency appointments. I have only deducted 1 star for the car parking (its a bit cramped/cosy). Highly recommended as dentists.
