I would highly recommend Hygienist Rhu (Rhuijisy) and Nurse Queenie . I hesitated with this visit for some time due to my past negative experience, however after recomendation I made the appointment. He is most friendly, gentle and professional dentist/Hygienist I have come across. He did a thorough cleaning, scaling and explained everything to me. It has taken me a long time to write this review due to the level of trauma I have suffered over my appointment. My first consultation with Dr Kumar I walked in and made it known I was a very nervous neurodivergent patient. I had a cracked molar that I needed removed because I couldn’t eat on it. He pushed for me to have a root canal which I really didn’t want or need, I just needed a removal as it had already started to die. I have developed an assessment in my mouth. I phoned them up to be told that they had removed me from there books. Now I know that I missed 1 or 2 appointments largely down to my ADHD and I forget most things unless I have a reminder. Now they said tough you have to find another one as they wouldn't keep me on even tho im registered disabled and have a mental health condition. The older lady on reception is far to rude and disrespectful towards patients. I would avoid this place at any cost. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of this practise. There are welcoming, efficient receptionists, prompt appointments and a lovely dentist who took time and care to thoroughly check my teeth and discuss her observations. Well done all, I highly recommend this practise from my experience.
