I've had some bad experiances, but this dentist put me at ease and I felt calm, reasurred and found everyone pleasent, polite and understanding. The receptionist is exceptionally responsive. Some comments mention lack of hygienist availability, but this was explained they were honest, open and transparent. I am more than happy to wait and if a cancellation comes in they will call and offer it. Its a small practice, and that has to be considered. Could not reccomend it enough.
Wonderful. Went for the first time today. All the staff were just amazing. First time I have been to a dentist and felt so relaxed and actually listened to. Not at all worried about going back again. If you are a nervous person about going to the dentist I would recommend this one 100%.
Dr Emma has a very calming manner and is very patient. She puts you at ease and explains what she is doing at each step, which really helped me as I am a very nervous patient. I would totally recommend Dr Emma!
I recently had a check-up and filling done with Jade and Jodie and I can honestly say, it was one of the best visits to the dentist I've had. Both were extremely professional but friendly and calm. Having relaxing music on didn't hurt either. Jade did excellent work on the filling making it look as though I never had a cavity. Jodie's assistance showed how well they work together. Also, Kirsty, the practice manager, was very friendly and does her job well in person and over the phone.
