I have attended this practice for many years, but my family and I have now stopped going. We were repeatedly told that X-rays were required without clear clinical justification or upfront explanation that this involved an additional charge. When politely declined, the response from the dentist was often patronising. I raised a complaint about my treatment, but no responsibility was accepted and the reply was sarcastic and unprofessional. While the reception staff are pleasant, the overall standard of customer service from clinical staff was very disappointing. As a result, the practice has…
I recently visited Hadleigh Dental for the first time and had a wide range of treatment carried out (root canal, cap, filling and extraction). I was treated by Philip Wilson and Gurps Singh and was really impressed with the quality of service provided by them and their assistants. They clearly had excellent technical knowledge and both went to considerable trouble to explain the treatment needed before commencing work and to summarise how it had gone afterwards. I've no hesitation whatever in recommending them!
I was refered through my own dentist for a filling causing me pain, I needed root canal treatment that the NHS wouldn't touch (the NHS only offered to pull the tooth) Dr Singh saw me for both appointments I had, one for assessment and another for the root canal itself. Him and everyone at the practice from reception to the other Dentists? Dental assistants? were kind, understanding, and on the ball. They took time to explain everything I asked about as well as keeping me up to date outside of my appointments and on what they were doing during my root canal. The place was clean, and tidy t…
I had a badly tooth infection on a regular basis a few years ago. Dr wilson did a root canal anf i kept having infection. The reason was because he missed one of the canal in the root (only did 2 instead of 3). I had to get everything redone at another practice with the associated cost. My daughter has also seen dr wilson who said at every visit there was nothing wrong with her teeth. Until i realised a few days ago that she had had a crooked tooth since years. if i could put 0 stars for dr wilson , i would!
