We just recently moved to the area and signed up with this practice . My previous dentist had a treatment plan for me and told me to let my new dentist knows about it . Which was one of my very old filling needs to be redone . I visited the dentist two days ago , she took an X-ray and did a basic check up and said it’s all good . They cancelled one appointment 25 minutes beforehand as the dentist was apparently sick. This was after I had travelled to Ipswich for said appointment. That same week they also cancelled my partners NHS appointment due to 'computer issues'. They said they would call back but never did. Even before this they wouldn't see me for an emergency appointment after I had registered with them as they needed to do a check up first so had to fi…
