My mother of 91 went today for 2 extractions, then in the evening asked me (daughter) to have a look as she could still feel tooth. I was shocked and angry that both extractions had not removed the roots as both still visible to me. So now another visit will be required and most likely the hospital to finish the procedure properly. What a shambles.
I came today as a new patient and I am very impressed at the high level of customer service this practice delivers! The receptionist was polite and clear with the registration process. My dentist Maria was very welcoming and comforting and explained my options clearly. Would recommend this dental practice!
Rang up for a retainer & mould got quoted £150, shopped around and got another person on the phone who tried to sell me xrays ext saying its mandatory when the first person I spoke to said it wasn't. Very unhappy with the person trying to make me pay more for stuff I don't even need or want!
The lady that served me was extremely kind and her assistant was very kind and helpful as well as being good with kids
