I called the practice at 12:21 pm and was able to get an emergency appointment the same day at 2 pm the front desk team was incredibly helpful, caring, and efficient. The dentist was amazing: very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain every step and all available options, which made me feel completely at ease. The dental nurse assisting her was also extremely professional, kind, and supportive. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental surgery. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!
No body enjoys visiting the dentist but the front of house staff were very welcoming and friendly. My son and I were called in before our appointment time which is always good when that happens and we were in and out very quickly with no issues. We received very professional care and treatment, thank you.
My 1st time at Allen House as an NHS patient today, saw a Therapist who was extremely thorough, gentle which put me instantly at ease. Her Nurse was lovely too as well as the reception team. Thank you
