Dental Dept. Assynt House

We had a medical emergency while in Inverness and the NHS paramedics were wonderful. Caring, kind and meticulous to take care of the situation. We appreciate them!

Unfortunately terrible service. Waiting at the emergency department over 2 hours ,no attention at all. I do appreciate there are priorities, still our case is as important as any other. Why am I paying national insurance contribution? To sit at the emergency for hours.

Google is giving the wrong address here, it is NOT John Dewar building, and hasn’t been for a number of years, the correct address is Assynt House, Beechwood Park, Inverness IV2 3BW. Please could google correct this urgently. (Sept 2020)

Terrible experience with a call handler at the Dental Help Line. Didn’t give a s@#t, couldn’t wait to get rid of me and cut me off mid-sentence, despite me being perfectly civil and polite.
