Staff here are incredible, they listen when you ask questions, and take interest in your wants and needs and care about your overall health! Makes all the difference to find a decent dentist! Was made to feel very welcomed as a new patient! And was made to feel at ease! Diana was extremely gentle when doing my examinations! And explained everything that was happening in detail So a big thankyou for that as i can get nervous at times! Just thrilled to have found a dentist that shows care with there patients! Thankyou ladies!

I attended my first appointment today and was really impressed with the service. Everything was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. As an anxious patient, I was made to feel completely at ease throughout. I would highly recommend this practice.

Today was my first visit to Union street Dental centre. All aspects of treatment that is required were clearly explained by Dr Archie Macllenan. After explaining that I was going away during the next 2 weeks and was hopeful that work needed could be done within this time ,I was delighted to be given an appointment within the next 5 days . Reception staff were very helpful and the whole experience was excellent , with treatment plans explained and given time to consider all options .

I found this dental practice quite easily and was met by a pleasant receptionist who gave me some details to complete on a tablet. I have still to discover how to sign my name legibly using a fingernail. Maybe the younger generation carry a techno-stylus. My investigation was performed with no fuss and adequate explanation. Being a retired surgeon allowed me to understand the 'big words' and intelligently examine my own CT scan. I would recommend this practice for those with the means to pay, or who are unable to find a suitable NHS practice.
