Communication with the clinic has been completely neglected. After 2 working days, my email went unanswered, so I had to contact the Kensington clinic asking for a response. I sent another email regarding the treatment suggested by the dentist and again, after 3 working days, there was no reply. I spoke to the manager but unfortunately they were not helpful nor clarified any of my concerns about the treatment. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and suggested that my consultation be reimbursed since none of the questions I had about the my treatment were answered but obviousl…
