Went this Tuesday to have my dental check up and absolutely loved the service I received and the team!! I was scheduled an appointment with the hygienist Daria and Fatima, the session began with lots of good chats which took the nervousness away, I received an excellent job in removing all the tartar build up whilst keeping the pain and bleeding to minimal, I suffer from gag reflex so they made sure I didn’t throw up whilst and the consultation ended with lots of recommendation on what to do for the next couple week. I found Berkeley Dental on instagram and I really wanted my old composite bonding, done by another company, removed and redone because I was never happy with it. First of all the lady at reception was so so comforting, sweet and welcoming and she made sure I felt at ease. As soon as I met with Sethi, he made sure to tell me what the plan was for the day and how it would be run which I loved because it helped me understand the process, which in turn made me feel very relaxed.
