Appalling care and service. No contact from the practice for two years and no reminders to book appointments (this apparently stopped without warning). Despite happily taking my money for additional services within this time, I was recently informed that I was removed from the patient register due to not contacting the practice to book a check-up appointment. Nothing in writing to inform me that I'd been removed from the patient register and no prior warning that this would happen beforehand (best practice is to send written notice to patients three months in advance before taking such acti…
