Hesslewood Lodge Dental Practice

I recently joined the practice after being let down by my NHS provider. It was a great decision. I've had an old filling removed from a broken tooth that had left a jagged tooth and this has been expertly and painlessly refilled, it feels and looks so much better. Shanthi and the team are kind and considerate, I was given a thorough assessment and advice so I knew exactly what to expect. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

I have been going to this dentist for over 30 years and the service is excellent. They always send out reminders of your appointment so no chance of forgetting. Over the last few years I've had problems where I've needed to get in quickly for checks and treatment, and they have always got me in to see the dentist within 48 hours. The treatment is excellent and the dentist always discusses what is happening and makes sure you are happy with what is being done. Everyone is nervous about going to the dentist, but all the staff are respectful and caring and the atmopshere is very calming.

recently had a issue with a tooth, rang up and they fitted me in same day. credit to all, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel at home.

What an amazing team. You are made to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times and everything is explained so well. Feedback is given on how can look after your teeth that but more which even included a little in house training. Amazing service from all of the staff. I have never liked visiting the dentist but I feel much more confident now after having some treatment work after joining Hesslewood Lodge since not visiting a dentist for years.
